Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of RenderReview.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using RenderReview, the user agrees to these Terms.
RenderReview is operated under the InkerCreative brand in Finland.
1. About RenderReview
RenderReview is an online creative review service that allows users to upload creative work, share review links, collect contextual feedback, manage comments and record review or approval status.
Operator:
Irina Inkeroinen
Finland
Email: inkeroirina@gmail.com
2. Accounts
Some RenderReview features require an account.
Users are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- maintaining account security;
- keeping login credentials confidential;
- activities performed through their account.
Users should notify RenderReview if they believe their account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. Reviewers and review links
Project owners may create review links and share them with clients, colleagues or other reviewers.
Reviewers may be able to access project content and submit feedback without creating a RenderReview account.
Project owners are responsible for deciding who receives a review link.
4. User content
Users retain ownership of files, images, videos, 3D models, comments and other content uploaded or submitted to RenderReview (“User Content”).
By uploading or submitting User Content, users grant RenderReview a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit and technically process that content only as necessary to provide and operate the service.
RenderReview does not acquire ownership of user creative work.
5. Responsibility for content
Users must have all necessary rights and permissions to upload, store, share or process User Content.
Users must not use RenderReview to upload or transmit content that:
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or other rights;
- is unlawful;
- contains malware or malicious code;
- is intended to attack, disrupt or compromise the service;
- constitutes spam or abusive automated activity;
- contains material that the user is legally prohibited from processing or sharing.
6. Comments and moderation
RenderReview may use automated and technical controls to reduce spam, abusive submissions, prohibited language, duplicate submissions, excessive requests or other misuse.
A comment or submission may be rejected, rate-limited or blocked where necessary to protect the service or its users.
RenderReview does not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected.
7. Free plan
RenderReview may offer a Free plan.
Current Free plan limits are displayed within RenderReview or on the Pricing page.
The Free plan may include limits relating to:
- active projects;
- new project creation;
- media files;
- storage;
- or other usage limits.
Attempts to deliberately circumvent Free plan limits may result in restricted access.
8. Pro subscriptions
RenderReview may offer paid Pro subscriptions.
Current prices and features are displayed on the Pricing page before purchase.
Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout:
- subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period;
- the applicable subscription fee is charged through Stripe;
- subscriptions may be managed or cancelled through the available billing management tools;
- cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily terminate access immediately;
- paid features may remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe.
RenderReview does not directly store complete payment card details.
If a payment fails, paid features may be suspended or the account may revert to the applicable Free plan.
10. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Users may cancel a recurring Pro subscription using the available billing management functionality.
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or limited by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Storage and service limits
RenderReview may impose technical limits relating to:
- project numbers;
- monthly project creation;
- number of media files;
- storage capacity;
- upload size;
- supported file formats;
- request frequency;
- review activity;
- or other resource usage.
Current limits may differ between Free and paid plans.
12. Deleting projects and content
Users may be able to delete projects or uploaded media through the service.
Deletion may also remove associated comments, pins, review data or other project-related information.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of important files.
RenderReview should not be treated as a long-term backup or archival storage system.
13. Acceptable use
Users may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to RenderReview or other accounts;
- probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities without permission;
- bypass security or rate-limit controls;
- interfere with service operation;
- upload malicious software;
- use automated systems in a way that creates unreasonable load;
- impersonate another person;
- use RenderReview for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- deliberately circumvent subscription or usage restrictions.
14. Service availability
RenderReview aims to remain reliable and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control.
RenderReview may modify, improve, replace or discontinue features as the service evolves.
15. Third-party services
RenderReview relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including Google Firebase / Google Cloud and Stripe.
Some RenderReview features may depend on the availability and operation of those third-party services.
16. Intellectual property
RenderReview software, branding, interface design, logos and other materials provided by RenderReview are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant users ownership of RenderReview software or branding.
17. Feedback
If users voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about RenderReview, that feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation to compensate the user.
This does not transfer ownership of uploaded creative work or project content.
18. Suspension and termination
RenderReview may temporarily restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
- unlawful activity;
- security risks;
- fraud;
- abusive use;
- attempts to bypass technical restrictions;
- non-payment of applicable subscription fees.
19. Disclaimers
RenderReview is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenderReview does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular business purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right that applicable law does not permit RenderReview to exclude.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RenderReview will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including loss of profits, business opportunities or data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
21. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in the RenderReview Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect:
- changes to RenderReview;
- new features;
- changes to subscription plans;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- security or operational needs.
The updated Terms will be published with a new “Last updated” date.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply under the laws of another country.
24. Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact RenderReview first so that problems can be resolved directly where possible.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using any dispute-resolution mechanism, court, authority or other remedy available under mandatory applicable law.
